Kaiser Baas USB TV Tuner Software: Where to Download and How to Install

I have recently upgraded my ASUS R501V laptop to Win10 x64. It only has 4 x USB3.0 ports and my Kaiser Baas TV Stick dual always used to BSOD on Win8/8.1 (supposedly not USB3.0 compatible!). The supplied TV software doesn't work at all, but by doing a dodgy (search Google!) installation of Windows Media Center on Win10, I have everything working perfectly. My USB stick is an older version KBA01010006725 and does not have a radio tuner. I did not install any drivers for the TV stick as Win10 automatically found and installed the working drivers.
